Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is opening a new spa in Hand & Stone - Panama City/Destin! We are growing rapidly and have become an addition to an already successful franchise system with over 500 locations across the US and Canada!

We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Assistant Spa Manager to help us run our operation!

This position is designed for people who are interested in learning about the wellness industry and growing in their career. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience.

• Have experience handling administrative tasks including (but not limited to) payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Have spa experience! Spa experience is a plus, but not required! We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the spa industry.

Qualifications:

Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
Must be 18 years old or older
Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Maria and I wound up in the health and wellness industry by luck, because it found us. We are now blessed to have the privilege of being the caretakers and stewards to the spas and cultures we've created. Our job is to provide a safe and positive work environment for our highly skilled, licensed spa professionals. Frankly, I have this job today because I cannot do what our massage therapists and estheticians do every day. We take pride in providing a place where our teammates can come and share their gifts with the world, free from worry about all the stresses of operating a business. Hand & Stone handles all of the details so our service providers can focus on their clients.
